Letter – Ted McArthur, Ranger, Scott-Salmon Ranger District, Jeff Marszal, Ranger, Happy Camp-Oak Knoll Ranger District, Patricia Grantham and Christine Frisbee, Acting Supervisors, Klamath National Forest – Request that you enforce the October 15th (deadline ) for removal of livestock from the KNF’s Westside Grazing Allotments and that you charge for “excess use” by grazing permit holders of national f orest lands for grazing in accordance with the FS Manual, FS Handbook and the WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT FOR NATIONAL FOREST SYSTEM LANDS IN CALIFORNIA , BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES , September 2000 which implements the Clean Water Act on California National Forests (October 10, 2016)
